Academic Affairs Coordinator

IFSA-Butler is seeking an Academic Affairs Coordinator. The Academic Affairs Coordinator (AAC) is based in our Indianapolis office and reports to the Associate Director for Academic Affairs (ADAA). The primary responsibilities of the AAC are to facilitate course registration procedures and process international academic records for students who study abroad on IFSA-Butler programs. The AAC assists staff, students and partners in understanding educational systems, policies and processes, provides advice on academic affairs issues and handles customer service inquiries. Other duties include maintaining and archiving academic records, identifying strategies to promote students' academic success and assisting with various projects and initiatives.

Associate Director for Academic Affairs

IFSA-Butler is seeking an Associate Director for Academic Affairs. This position (ADAA) is based in our Indianapolis office and reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA). The primary responsibilities of the ADAA are to facilitate organizational understanding of the educational systems of the cultures in which IFSA-Butler programs are situated, develop processes that contribute to student success, develop/maintain a student learning assessment plan for the organization, engage in international education research and oversee course registration systems and the production of academic records for IFSA-Butler program participants. The ADAA assists the VPAA with various academic projects and initiatives and stands in for the VPAA during absences or when designated. The ADAA also supervises the Senior Academic Affairs Coordinator and the Academic Affairs Coordinator. Other responsibilities include management of escalated academic incident reporting. This position is expected to participate in IFSA-Butler conferences, certain professional meetings and associations and external evaluations or site seminars in IFSA-Butler program locations, as requested.
