Egypt Programs Available for Fall |
IFSA-Butler is pleased to announce that we will be running our fall 2012 programs in Egypt. Program options include:
IFSA-Butler's resident director in Cairo, Dr. Mohamed El-Komi, and our on-site student services coordinator in Alexandria will provide a thorough orientation for all participants upon arrival. In addition, our programs in Egypt feature numerous activities and excursions, including a Nile cruise and a 5-day trip to legendary Luxor and Aswan. On-site student support and assistance are always available from our staff throughout the semester.
Application deadlines are April 15. Also note that all applicants to our Egypt programs are eligible for a $3,500 scholarship.
While we do not anticipate that our programs will experience any serious disruptions this fall, we have a comprehensive crisis plan with several contingencies in the event of significant political unrest. These plans would allow students to continue their studies in another location while still receiving credit for the semester. |
