Peru Resident Director Invited as Keynote Speaker at Conference PDF Print E-mail
IFSA-Butler's Peru Resident Director Laura Balbuena has been invited to give a keynote address at the Expovalores 2011 conference in Palmira, Colombia. Laura's address will focus on sexual violence during armed conflicts. Laura's academic career has centered on gender studies, and she has been widely recognized as an expert on women's issues.
