Peru Resident Director Interviewed About Women's Rights

IFSA-Butler's resident director in Peru, Laura Balbuena, was recently interviewed by Peru's largest newspaper about women's role in the Shining Path, a maoist organization whose leader was captured several days ago. Laura, who is well known for her expertise in gender roles and women's rights, discussed the sociology of violent women and was quoted extensively in the February 20 edition of El Comercio.
