Alumni Study Abroad Photo Contest: College Study Abroad Programs, IFSA-Butler

Enter the IFSA-Butler alumni photo contest for a chance to win a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate and have your photos featured in our materials or on our Web site! Voting runs 3/28, 5pm EST and will run through 4/9, 5pm EST! Make sure to tell all your friends, family, "peeps", etc. to vote for you!

Entry Requirements
The photo contest is open to IFSA-Butler alumni only. Alumni may submit a maximum of two photos for each of the three contest categories, for a total of 6 photos:

• Local color (e.g., life with the locals of your host country); max 2 entries per alumn
• Landscapes (e.g., buildings, landmarks, or scenery); max 2 entries per alumn
• Tongue-and-cheek (e.g., humorous events that happened along the way); max 2 entries per alumn

Submitting Your Photo(s)
E-mail your digital photos to our marketing manager in JPEG format (300 dpi or better). Please include your last name and host country in the e-mail subject line (e.g., Smith, Argentina).

Be sure to include the following details in your e-mail:

• Your full name
• Home university
• E-mail address and mailing address
• Host country and university
• Semester/year spent abroad
• Photo location and description

Photo title format
Please title your photo file(s) using the following format: firstname_lastname_home_college_country.jpg

example: ben_smith_colby_college_england.jpg

Deadlines
March 1
Fall, semester 2 and calendar year students

September 1
Spring, semester 1, academic year and summer students

Winning Photos
IFSA-Butler staff will determine the finalists for each category. You will be notified via e-mail if you are a finalist. Online voting will determine the final winner. First-place winners from each category will be notified via e-mail and will receive a $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com.

By submitting your photo(s), you permit IFSA-Butler to use your photo and name in any and all IFSA-Butler media.
