Students with Special Needs-We're Here to Help!
In her new role as Assistant Director for Health and Wellness, Emily Koehler will continue to strengthen IFSA-Butler's dedication to students with special needs.

We encourage you and your students to e-mail Emily or call her at 800.858.0229 ext. 4258 if you need help finding a best fit program for your students with special needs.

Please note that in accordance with ADA, IFSA-Butler usually obtains an admissions decision from the host university prior to disclosing information about learning, mental or physical disabilities. This ensures that an admissions decision is not based on a student's disability and that all students are treated equally. However, sometimes pre-application disclosure about specific needs is vital to finding the best fit program for a student. IFSA-Butler is happy to research options for prospective students provided that we have written consent from the student to disclose information prior to acceptance. We are eager to assist your students and to relieve you of the extra time and energy that goes into finding a best fit program.
