ADVISOR PORTAL DATABASE for IFSA-BUTLER STUDENTS

Within this portal database you'll be able to search for individual students or see/download lists of students, including students who drop out during the application process. Detailed information on materials still missing from applications and students' status is also listed. For returning students, you are able to see when and if the final transcript has been issued- however you won't be able to access grades.

This portal only pulls details of students from your institution since 2007, so if a term or program is not listed in a search, we haven't received an application from you.

This information is updated nightly, so please check back often. We hope this will be a great help for you in managing your students with IFSA-Butler.

If you have any questions or need a login, please contact Amy Bartnick Blume at abartnic[at]ifsa-butler.org.
