IFSA-Butler Programs Overview Print E-mail
The Institute for Study Abroad, Butler University offers integrated study abroad programs at nearly 90 universities in 12 countries. Our programs include extensive academic and personal support services that assist our students from the time they apply until after they return. All of our students are undergraduates at accredited, four-year American and Canadian colleges and universities.

Staff at the IFSA-Butler office in Indianapolis and around the world are committed to our students. We help them develop realistic expectations and adjust easily to the very different student lifestyles and academic expectations of their host institutions. In addition, we work with students’ home universities to plan for academic requirements abroad, transfer financial aid and to provide credits and grades in a U.S. semester system upon completion of the study abroad program.

IFSA-Butler currently operates semester, year and summer programs in Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, Costa Rica, England, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Scotland, Spain and Wales.
