IFSA-Butler is continually working to improve student services, predeparture support, on-site orientations and all other aspects of our programs. As an ongoing part of this effort, we send surveys to our students and evaluate their feedback on our services and programs.

Semester and year students are sent three surveys:

  • Predeparture survey: 1-4 weeks prior to departure
  • In-country survey: approximately four weeks after the on-site orientation
  • Post-study survey: 2-3 weeks after the program end date

Summer students receive only the predeparture survey and a combined in-country and post-study survey due to the shortened length of their programs.
