Health and safety are understandably a concern for parents of study abroad students, so these issues are a top priority in our student publications, predeparture newsletters and orientations abroad. In addition, our health and safety guidelines are country-specific and take into account the worldwide political, climatic and cultural conditions that may affect your son or daughter’s study abroad experience. We hope this section will be a helpful resource for the families of our students. Please contact IFSA-Butler with any health and safety concerns.
