Universidad de Chile (U. Chile) is one of the oldest and largest universities in Chile. This urban university of 22,000 is spread throughout the bustling city of Santiago. U. Chile is home to the Instituto de Estudios Internacionales (IEI), a think tank and graduate school dedicated to international relations and the social, economic, political, and historical contexts.

Courses

You can choose to study in several different faculties, as they're known locally at U. Chile: social science, philosophy and humanities, literature and linguistics, architecture and urban development, and arts, including performing and visual. Remember that in addition to your university coursework, you must take Advanced Spanish with an option to take another program class in Chilean History or the research project. All coursework is in Spanish.
