Internally, Field Directors work closely with all IFSA staff members, including Student Services, Resident Staff, Program Management and Development, Academic Affairs, Finance, Marketing and IT. Roughly once per quarter, the University Relations team gathers to set strategy, learn new techniques, and stay abreast of organizational developments. Field Directors are encouraged to attend conferences and present on topics of interest to the field.
