IFSA provides me with the opportunity to help students explore the world through education. Our programs allow students the ability to meet people from different cultures and expand their world perspective. My participation in these programs affords me the ability to ensure each student has the best possible experience while studying abroad.
Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in stratification. She also has TEFOL and TESOL certifications. She is currently studying a Master's degree in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling at Butler University.
Danielle believes that the only way to truly see a city is to bike it. She's biked through all five boroughs of New York City, up Mount Tamalpais and across the Golden Gate Bridge, around the streets of Buenos Aires and through the hills of Viña del Mar and Valparaíso. Danielle has participated in numerous programs within Latin America: Cuba, Peru, Chile and Argentina. She loves being a part of the Cuba customized program creation process. She has led custom programs in Cuba for institutions like American University and Purdue University. She believes that there is nothing more rewarding than supporting students while they process their experiences abroad.
