Studying abroad was one of the most influential experiences I had during my undergraduate years. I believe strongly in the impact of immersing yourself in a new culture, so it has been extremely rewarding to work with students who are dreaming of their own adventure. IFSA-Butler's philosophy of intentional and goal-oriented study abroad constantly inspires me and my work with students.
Katherine graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fordham University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Middle East Studies with a Theology minor. She also received a General Course certificate in Government and International History from the London School of Economics.
Katherine spent her junior year at the London School of Economics through IFSA-Butler where she studied government and international history. The immense support she received from both domestic and international staff, as well as the extensive cultural excursions and activities provided, greatly influenced her study abroad experience and fueled her passion for international education and how it can help students achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals.
